Well, it was hit and miss for a while. Was having issues with the fan speed selector for air conditioner and heater. Not all settings were working, brought our 2013 Ford Fiesta in to have it looked at. Was told the motor fan resistor was bad. Had it replaced, within 4 weeks settings 1-3 were no longer working. Returned to Don Hines Ford to have it checked out, was again told the resistor went bad again, and that the blower motor was now in need of replacement. During the drive home, the fan stopped working again. Immediately returned to Don Hines, and was told once more the resistor was bad again. Was replaced again. Within days, the fan stopped working once more. Returned the Fiesta to Don Hines once again. They kept the car for a few days to get to the bottom of the problem. As of now, we’ve had the car back for about three weeks, and everything seems to be working properly. I must commend Scott Krose, our service advisor, for be patient with us and his excellent customer service. He showed he really cared, and was very intent on getting this issue taken care of.
