Avoid this location at all costs. First- my husband spoke with Josh weeks about the recall on his truck. He told him he would make an appointment online for it to be done, since it takes 5-6 hours. Josh said ok. So my husband did exactly that. We showed up to drop his truck off, they don't have the part! That is super annoying but okay, things happen, I get it. What really makes me mad, NOBODY called to let him know they wouldn't be able to do it! He left work early, I left work early to meet him etc. (lots of moving parts). All somebody had to do was call. And why are you able to make appointments online, if you aren't guaranteed the service you're scheduling? (We did make the appointment a week ahead of time). He told me "you can make an online appointment for anything, doesn't mean you'll actually be able to get that service done". Excuse me, but what??? What is the point then? Why have that option?! He couldn't answer me when I asked, instead he decided to intimidate. So when I asked why nobody called, Josh blamed me and my husband for making the appointment online. And when I continued to be very upset about the issue with nobody calling, he got in my face and continued to tell me that it was our fault, and we could just leave and go somewhere else. I won't even mentioned the other issues with this man, especially following me and getting in my face- all while my daughter was with us. Unacceptable behavior on his part. I can't even believe this guy has a job! This guy has definitely thrown around a few girls in his time. Never acceptable to treat a customer the way he did. Especially to the point where my daughter was scared of him. Let's hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

So you want me to contact the guy who was literally standing there the entire time this all happened?? He witnessed all of it and did nothing to solve the situation. Not sure what emailing him will accomplish.
