Went in for tires had other front end issues. So I agreed to fix them. When I left had same issues with pulling to the right and steering wheel not straight. I immediately left Dustin Greene text. After a day of not hearing from him I sent him another text. He asked when I could bring back so I told him. Again no answer. So I sent him another text and asked again also mentioned he never answered me from previous day. So we finally agreed on another day. So when I brought back in he tells me that the leaf spring on left side was broken. When they did the tires and alignment they also replaced all four shocks. I am no dummy but the shocks are next to leaf springs. He told me I broke it in the two days I had it. I said his mechanic missed it. Everyone makes mistakes. He said he is his best mechanic not in my eyes. I had some questions about the billing from alignment and tires and shocks why they only did a two wheel alignment? He did not have a answer. I feel I was overcharged for this work and want a refund for a alignment that did not for my issues with truck. He said it was pulling to the right because of leaf springs. I doknow all alignments should be four wheel alignments.I used Don Hinds since 2015 with a awesome service advisor Scott Kraus with a awesome crew. I willnot return to see Dustin and his crew. I had to go to a different dealership for the leaf springs to be replaced. They also done a four wheel alignment that was needed. Ray Skillman worked with me since I bought the truck there much better price than Dustin offered me. So do your research before you go anywhere for service on your vehicles. I would recommend Don Hinds if you are buying a new vehicle. If you are lucky enough to get Scott Kraus for your service advisor stick with him.
