Great Customer Service Experience

onMy vehicle needed looked over. I had had a not-so-great experience in the Service Bay at another location (horrible customer service, outrageous inspection fee they didn't disclose upfront, how long the wait time could be on my vehicle, or contact me with any progress update) so I decided to try this place.
Clear difference from the moment walking in. Attentive technicians, the inspection cost was told to me on the phone while scheduling the appointment, realistic expectations on when they could see my car. They kept my vehicle for 2 days because every time someone drove it they could not replicate the issue I was seeing. The only downside to all of this experience was I did not get an exchange vehicle so moving around to work and getting my daughter to work was a little bit of a hassle without a vehicle. By the end of day 2 I picked up my vehicle. They changed the fee to a lesser cost due to not being able to replicate the issue and justified the fee with actually taking the vehicle through a full point inspection which was great. They were able to look me in the eye and tell me that based on everything that they tried to do and looked at in order to find the issue, this could not be determined a safety issue which made me feel better about taking the vehicle back out. Absolutely would go back if the vehicle needed it.
