Was greeted promptly by a knowledgeable service writer who found a recall notice I didn't know existed. Vehicle was in the service bay quickly, especially for a Saturday without an appointment. When deeper inspection indicated repair would take longer than estimated due to another warranted item that had not been previously repaired, I was offered a free loaner vehicle so I wouldn't waste my Saturday sitting in the waiting room. While waiting, I witnessed several service personnel lavishing attention on a child who was waiting with her mother. This attention to customers is over the top. Waiting room was bright, clean and stocked with free snacks & beverages, as well as lots of reading material. Overall a very pleasant experience.
