I purchased a 2018 Honda CR V from Tom Wood Honda the sales person said the car had been serviced but there was no warranty this week I turned the air conditioning on for the first time and the fan made a loud noise and no air came out I called service and they said it would be 21/2 weeks before they could service the car I called the salesman and he promised an immediate response that was 2 days ago and no response we had to cancel a trip because it is too hot in the car
