Car shopping/buying is one of my most dreaded tasks, but Kashif made it easy. I had emailed in advance with info on what I was interested and when I could come in. Kashif took it on himself to email me the morning of my visit to reassure me that the car I wanted to look at was still available, which I appreciated, as I was driving some distance. Once at the dealership, he made sure to answer my questions and helped make sure everything went smoothly once I decided to buy. On a rainy day, he pulled the car under the canopy so I could check (without getting drenched) that all the windows, sunroof and everything else was working. And he set up my Bluetooth so when I was ready to drive off the lot, everything was all set. This was definitely a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in the market.
