I trust Schaumburg Toyota to charge a fair price for a good service job.

I was pleased to have Anthony Mejias as my service rep. He cheerfully acknowledged my service need, clearly explained the other issues that were found, and asked if I had any questions. He was competent, efficient, and warm. He explained that by asking for and working with him on future services, I would also be accessing the same team of service technicians each time, so they will get to know my card and work on it consistently. I find that reassuring and promising. I look forward to working with him again.
