onFirst experience with a service advisor was not pleasant Paul Lee stepped in and made my experience exceptional he was very professional and replaced may car battery in a timely matter. If more dealerships had employees Loke Paul I truly believe the experience for every customer would be fantastic, Many time you go to dealership and for lack of better words you walk out feeling like you have been greased and bent over. Not with Paul Toyota should be truly grateful to have such an employee!
