Disappointed this trip

Had great experiences before -- disappointed this trip. The oil change went OK, but the desk person tried to tell me my tires were worn down to 8/32 and needed alignment. These were new Goodyears, put on ONE WEEK prior with literally only a few hundred miles on them (I actually priced them with your store, but you could not locate them for the same price as Discount Tire). It felt like a cheap upsell -- not what I expected here.
