There is alot of people who may say good or bad, so ill just give you the exact details of my experience and you be the judge of it: I went for a coolant leak, which was obvious, pointing out to them the exact location where it was dripping, telling them to look and do it thru warranty, they came out saying it is not covered because it is just a hose and were charging me 550 for a hose replacement mind you on top of the coolant system. i checked that hose was completely dry (no idea how they did a pressure check and saw coolant leaking and then it got dried in a matter of minutes), i told them no it is not that and i need to talk to warranty. they still charged me 100 for diagnostic even thought i pointed what i need and didnt need their diagnostic. At the same appt i asked them to do a differential fluid change they said 198$ when done it turned into 245 guving me the BS that they need to use different fluid and this is why it is more. Any way who handled it all is Patrick shampine, so if you have alot of $ to throw away go see them.
