Dealership Service Review
I was satisfied with their service last week of my car- at first I was upset because I didn't have radio and no navigation in my car last Thursday because the maintenance dept told when they updated my navigation with new Sd card the screen and radio quit or didn't work- got my car back Thursday night went home with no radio in my car. I told my husband about it-- were a little bit dismayed. Then Friday morning I got a call from the head of the maintenance department at Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield to swing so that they can get the radio code number for my car so that they could order the part needed to fix it... to make the story short I went back Friday morning to maintenance dept. I waited 45 minutes and they told me they made my radio and my navigation work. Very happy!!! When I heard it because I need radio and navigation for my memorial weekend. Thank you Rod Baker and maintenance dept.
