I brought my Prius in for service because of some rattling and shaking. The service I spoke with was Richard V. and he explained everything in detail down literally to the nuts and bolts! Price was not as bad as I thought and I received excellent customer service especially since I had to leave me car at the shop for three days. I was given a quote and when it came time to pay it was actually lower than what I was quoted. Thanks richard for the great service and thanks Bredemann for the convenient location.
