Recently, I had a very positive overall experience at Bredemann Toyota Scion. I purchased a new 2016 Rav4. My sales person was Roger Diaz. I was very impressed with Roger's product knowledge and willingness to help me find the exact car that I was looking for. The exact car that I wanted wasn't on the lot. However, Roger spent considerable time showing me the various features that I desred in "my car" on similar models. He assured me that he would have "my car",in a few days. Roger delivered as promised. I am very pleased with Bredemann's overall professionalism and in Roger Diaz's efforts to assure that I was a very satisfied customer.
