Ive been getting my 4Runner serviced at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge for years (great service department!), but have never purchased a vehicle at Bredemann until this weekend. Wonderful experience spoke in advance of my visit to the dealership to Dave Lurie, who provided price information on 2018 RAV4s. From the time I walked into the Bredemann dealership, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Was not pushed into buying more vehicle than I wanted and could afford, and did not feel rushed to make a decision despite the fact that the dealership was busy with many other customers. All of my questions were answered, and I felt that Dave was working in my best interest making sure I knew all of the key features of the 2 models of RAV4s that I was reviewing (LE and XLE), price differences, color availability. Got a fair price for my trade-in, plus Customer Cash. This is a great time to buy a 2018 vehicle, as its the model year end. Everybody on the sales floor at Bredemann was friendly and helpful, and I actually enjoyed my time at this dealership. Not the usual swimming with the sharks feeling that you get at many other dealerships. Dave worked to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted for a very fair price, and Tran Nguyen (Business Manager) walked me through all of the financial details in a thorough and helpful manner. This was a large purchase for me and the first time Ive purchased a car on my own. Bredemann Toyota exceeded my expectations of how I would be treated at a car dealer. After many negative car buying experiences in the past, this was a very refreshing change. Would definitely buy a car from Bredemann again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy a vehicle from Bredemann!
