My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in the beginning of November. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tom Vosnos, the sales consultant. He was very friendly and helpful. Although we were going back and forth about which car we wanted and asked a lot of questions, he was very patient and made sure he answered all of our questions. He made the whole process a lot more easier for us. He has also sent us a follow up email to make sure we were satisfied with our car. Great customer service. Then we saw Jesus Padin, from the finance department. He did a great job taking us through all of the paperwork. He was very efficient and friendly as well. It was past their closing time and he still made sure that we had everything done correctly and we did not feel rushed at all. I also had to go back to the dealership to have my remote starter installed. The service consultants, Joe Sanchez and Omar Barajas, assisted me during this time. They were also very friendly and professional. Everyone we encountered at this dealership made this whole process a pleasant experience. We are very happy with our purchase and can't thank everyone enough for their great help.
