Bredemann Toyota
Dealership Sales Review
If we could extend the number of stars out beyond five, we would do so in the nanosecond. Bredemann Toyota truly earned this sale of a Highlander because their approach with customers is unlike any auto dealer experience we've ever had-- over decades---and that is said objectively and with all sincerity. Manager Arnie Rowen warmly welcomed us to the store and introduced us to sales person Dave Lurie and, between them, what a dynamic team!!! The level of respect that we received was unparalleled. Their concern to make the experience right, appropriate, comfortable, without stress, and all the time working hard to meet our needs, wants, and negotiate a mutually agreeable price was simply extraordinary. We weren't sure exactly what kind of Highlander we wanted, so we explored (and drove) several models. The patience and desire to please, again with great respect for us as we educated ourselves and shopped, shown by Dave and Arnie throughout our presence at Bredemann (over several visits we might add) simply amazed us. What we experienced at Bredemann, absent the usual game-playing so commonly experienced at auto dealerships, was absolutely refreshing. What stood out throughout our time spent there was the level of respect, sincerity, honesty, the integrity of Dave and Arnie, and the ease of the process. When the time comes for replacing another vehicle, we would hope to replicate the experience at Bredemann that we had this past week. Simply stated: it couldn't have been any better. For Toyota sales and customer interaction, Bredemann should be a model for the industry. The question below that follows asks if we would recommend Bredemann to friends and family, and our reply is "without question or reservation".
