Bredemann Toyota

After going to several Chicago-area Toyota dealerships looking for a new car and suffering through endless negotiating and pressures to decide... one place even held onto our trade-in keys until we decided...we came to Bredemann and were greeted by Syed. We talked to him about the car we were looking for and the other offers we had received. He proceeded to pull out pen and paper and carefully, explaining every step, lay out his best offer. He explained the intricacies of another deal we had received from a competitor and told us that he could not beat that deal, and if what that dealer had told us was true, we should buy our new car from him. Syed was very polite, professional and calm throughout the process. And it turned out that he was correct about the other deal - it was not entirely as it appeared. Syed did not exert any pressure to do a deal which was a very welcome change from what we had experienced elsewhere. He answered every question, honestly and completely and went every extra inch he could to get us the car we wanted at a price acceptable to us. Not an easy feat as we are not the easiest car shoppers to please. Overall, our experience at Bredemann was excellent, because of the professionalism and patience of Syed.
