Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon

We purchased our vehicle from another dealer 2 months ago. We had an issue and went back to that dealer. With the sale of the vehicle they were nice, however when we took the truck back for warranty work, they were rude and refused to even try to fix my issue! I was irritate! A friend told me to call the Service Manager at Auffenberg Ford Ofallon. I was reluctant and was irritated so I was not very nice on the phone. Brian, the Manager, told me how it should have been handled, calmed me down, and told me what to do. Even offered to come pick my truck up. He bent over backwards. I am pleased and recommend this Dealer. They are fixing my warranty work and have great Customer Service.
