My 2018 expedition went in for recall work. The failed work led to a series of six+ more visits over the next 3 months, including the “spontaneous” failure of all 4 struts with under 44k miles in the car. Coincidence? Nope. Horrendous service that broke my car and left me with a $3k bill!!!!
