Leaving me hanging

I drove 2 1\2 hours to get a car from here. When test driving it we noticed a shimmy and some rubbing. Salesman told me they would fix it. The car sat until the papers were signed, then taken to get "fixed". After it was "fixed" they had me drive it again (papers signed). The rubbing was still there. I told the salesman who "talked to his boss" and was told to drive it around for a few days and if it was still there, they would make it right. After 3 weeks and many emails it's still there. They want me to take a day off work, spend the gas money to drive 2 1\2 hours and use up 10% of the warranty they gave me to drive down there and fix a problem they didn't fix right the first time. I canNOT recommend this dealership. They refuse to do the responsible thing and allow me to get it fixed up here.

Hi Cameron, As much as any dealership tries to avoid it unforeseen problems do occasionally arise with pre-owned vehicles once they leave the lot. However, unlike most dealers we always fix what isn't right without hesitation - —as we are with your situation. On that note, any issue with your vehicle must be addressed in our service department and only our service department. Now, we understand we are quite a distance from you so our solution is this - —we will drive out to you, pick up your car and leave you a rental vehicle till we return your car to you. We have been trying to reach you to arrange this resolution - —hopefully by the time you read this it will already have happened-—if not, please give Ron Cannon a call at (618) 622-4518.
