My experience was 100% satisfactory. The sales person Mr.Gavin Holmes literally met us in the parking lot. He was polite, cordial. He asked us about our goals. Upon explaining the words I wanted my vehicle to embody. He immediately went to work. There was absolutely no pressure. He offered us food and beverages. And made us feel right at home. His choice of vehicles met our needs perfectly. He was right on our price point. He made sure if we wanted more, it was available. He was incredibly accommodating from pulling the vehicle right up front. To the test drive. He was professional as well as courteous. We purchased our vehicle that night, because of Gavin. That was on a Wednesday. Friday, Gavin was calling me, to check on our experience and vehicle satisfaction. Not only would we recommend Affuenberg Ford to others, but we will be returning when it is time for another vehicle. It is my hope that we will meet Gavin in the parking lot once again.
