Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon

It had been 17 years since we had bought a new car so the process had change somewhat but we found it to be much easier. We were "assigned" 1 salesman but were handed off to another, Phil Stewart, because the 1st was too busy. Phil was fantastic! The only down side about the experience is there was some sort of swirl on the back passenger door. We left the car with them for a week (while we were on vacation), but when we came to pick it up, it was still there. Manager Jack Flowers got involved and made sure it was taken care of by the next day.
