onWe purchased a new gmc terrain Denali. Part of the deal was a 3 year service contract. We purchased the vehicle and left. A couple of months later we returned for our first oil change. Didn't think there would be a charge since we had the service agreement. Wrong. What I believe happened was in the process of negotiating the deal the new car manager removed the service agreement, but not the cost of it. My advice is every time the sales agreement leaves your sight, you need to read the whole thing over again to see if they made any changes. In my case they did.

Dealer Response
The rating above is fake. Everyone knows that new 2014 GMC Terrains come with free maintenance for the first 2 years. And if this person were real, he/she knows that they could go to Woody to get this resolved. I work at Woody Buick GMC and am proud to be a part of an organization that has got the Buick Dealer of the Year Award - 4 years running.
