I wanted to take this opportunity to give some much deserved praise to Jerry Roberts and his team at Woody’s in Naperville. I was in a tough spot. I recently totaled my new car and was upside down on my loan. I felt hopeless. I had already surrendered to the idea that my next purchase wouldn’t be comparable to my last. Tough pill to swallow considering it was my first “nice” car. Jerry and his team worked overtime to find me the right vehicle with less miles and similar comfort features. With some give and take, it started to feel less like a sacrifice and more like a reward. I can’t thank Jerry enough for his genuine acts of kindness. It’s times like these you are reminded that there is good in the world and sometimes it comes from strangers.
