Repair of sedan with engine noise

onFrank in service reached out immediately to assure Barbara was not delayed during the drop off of the vehicle. He provided a loaner for her convenience. Once diagnosed, the repair took a bit longer than planned. However, Frank did reach out to say it was done a day earlier than planned. Over the experience was good. Frank did a good job communicating but the repair was very pricey. There is a large amount of trust when the customer is given a report of repairs needed. There are no images of damaged parts or replacement parts. Customers have to trust what they are told. With that being said, I do have a great deal of trust in the Naperville team.
