AWESOME customer service experience. More than the product, the entire process is smooth and hassle-free, which I feel is the most important factor in any purchase. We just sat and relaxed. Everything taken care by sales person, Daniel Torres. Being it my first purchase of luxury brand, I thought lot of stress involved in decision making, purchase process, deal etc., but to my surprise it was just simple and straightforward. In the second visit, the vehicle is with me. I can term the experience among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. All this won't be possible without the prompt, polite and well-informed Daniel. He was very helpful and answered my all questions about the product, service and deal. Responses to queries were turned around very fast, answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. Definitely he knows business and I bet, he will be a best asset for your company. I can't desist from saying that my family likes and thanks the customer-friendly and professional customer service team, especially Tim Burns, the Financial Services Manager, who helped us in understanding warranties, coverages, and payments.
