The Chevrolet Exchange
Dealership Sales Review
Oh were do I start: I purchased a new car at the Chevy Exchange dealership and it’s been 6 weeks and the loan is still not finalize I have no plates, BMV says they have no paperwork oh let’s not forget the first month car payment is late. Now let me tell the details. 4 weeks after the Purchase I call GM Financial on the phone 50 minutes only to be told the loan was sent back 4 weeks ago to dealership because loan was not properly filled out. I call Chevy Exchange to tell them they fix it and send back to GM. So let me say this what dealership just let’s a $75000 car drive off with out being payed for a month who’s checking this stuff. So a week later I call GM Financial they said the loan was sent back again and funding held up waiting on a response from Dealership, again I have to call dealership to inform them if they don’t respond the loan will be rejected. Omg how much work do I have to do to get these people to understand I need them to actually do some work. So now it’s 6 weeks I still don’t have any paper work for my car so I can get plates. And get this the dealership wants me to pay them the first months car payment to them what the heck you have not done anything to be paid. Probably good people there but the financial employee surly must be the owners relative who else’s would put up such mismanagement. If your going to pay cash or do your own financials you may be ok. If you want to be treated like your not important finance with the Chevy Exchange.
