Shockingly Superb!

Absurdly good customer care. Better than expected. Better than pricey import dealer customer service! Please send me postcards to hand out to friends, colleagues, strangers! THAT GOOD! (No really, send me postcards I want to tell everyone.) Nick, Rafat, Rick, everyone was tops. Patient, kind, problem solving, car getting (challenge!), insanely responsive, very generous, I could effuse on an on, but the box is coming to an end. (Get me some promotional material quick!)
