Service work good. Other. Not so…

Car was delivered wet, not washed. Dirt/road splash’s they were significant in size still on car body, even dirt/dust from using my washer fluid and wipers to clean windshield all still on windshield. 75% of car not wiped dry. I thought a car wash was part of service. Not car wet. Also. All interior car Bluetooth connectivity was gone and I had to reconnect my cell phone and systems all over again. Why!?
