Great service, frequent communication, be informed

I worked with Simon Kim for the usual maintenance on my car and he was very communicative about what was happening with my car and what options I had. As usual, there were many recommendations after the inspection of the car, but as long as you're an informed consumer you can determine which services are necessary and not, as well as what a fair price for those services are. Some suggestions are better than others, but the service has been great each time I've used them.
