onI had issues with my brake, its a brand new car, 10,000 miles and my brakes sounded terrible. No-one was communicating with me very well while I was without my car for a week. Finally after trying to get ahold of someone, Tony Fajardo from service took and control and made sure I was up to date with everything going on with my car and did the best he could to help my bizarre situation. You guys go threw a lot of employees in that dealership, but he needs to be kept around!! Thank you so much Tony!!!- Heidi
