We initiated our service online first so the sales associate already knew what we were interested in purchasing. When we arrived a vehicle was available for us immediately to look at. The sales associate left us alone without pressure to buy or test drive the vehicle. When we were ready we approached the associate with our intent to buy and immediately the ball started rolling, negotiating was no problem, there was no hassle in waiting for paperwork; this was by far the easiest car buying process I have experienced ever. The manager and associates were helpful and working together to make this a seemless process. We are happy with our pricetag, service and vehicle.
