Ed Napleton's Kia Of Elmhurst

We drove 100 miles from Wisconsin to see a used KIA EV6. After we drove the vehicle, the manager told us that it was not available for sale because of a recall issue. (Why they had not addressed the recall issue, as a Kia dealership, is a good question.) He then tried to make us what he described as a "crazy good deal" on a new Kia EV6. We declined. Once the service was completed, we called, texted and emailed to try to get the purchase process moving but we were just told that they had sold the car to someone else. We've never had a dealership experience like this in 40 years of buying cars. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.
