Dealership Sales Review
10/10 would recommend. I was originally working with a sales rep at Honda, next door. That rep had walked me over to Hyundai so I could get additional information on a Kona. Outside the office, the Honda rep had spoken to Evan asking to take over and speak with me. Regardless of what Evan was busy with at that moment, he still took the town to ensure my needs were met and he found a Hyundai sales rep available. I appreciated the concern and urgency to find assistance and not disregard me because he was unable to personally assist. So great first impression already! From there I was met by John K to review available inventory and answer any questions I had. We took time to review each vehicles specs and he was very knowledgeable to explain the difference with each Kona Model. I may have asked a few questions repeatedly during our time together, and became a little overwhelmed with information, but that never bothered or annoyed him. He had mentioned he had kids and I could tell he had the patience and experience working with someone younger and inexperienced in the car industry. He had the natural father instincts to help! I didn’t feel the typical “car salesman” vibe where they are rushing, impatient and forceful with their sales pitches. After our discussion and before I was to walk out to consider my next move, the used car manager introduced himself to see what he could do to make my decision easier – either refinance my Honda or lease/buy a Kona. Sorry I can’t recall his name at the moment! During our discussion and negotiating, I felt very relaxed, not pressured and was able to interact with this location’s staff very naturally. I truly enjoyed everyone I was able to meet and speak with. This location truly has a very enjoyable staff to work with! This was my first visit ever at a Hyundai dealership and prior to this visit, had worked with Honda for 6+ years. So this experience honestly impacted me to come back and do business with them. Finalizing my conversation with the Used Car sales manager, i knew I’d be coming back same day to make a purchase official. I felt the final offer he had put on the table was competitive, fair and appropriate. I did come back a few hours later which ended up being an hour to close. Regardless of the time it took to finish paperwork and financing, the staff displayed no irritability for being there past closed. I was reassured that it happens frequently and my needs and satisfaction were their main concern. While waiting on financing the finish, I also met Kevin Campbell who was very personable and fun to work with. I appreciated his hospitality and desire to go above and beyond with adding a few accessories on my vehicle. The finance gentleman who handled my paperwork was a delight as well. I cant say anything bad about this experience and I hope this review inspires others to take their business to this location and speak with this same staff.
