Fletcher Jones Audi

This purchase is my second Audi in 2 years. When I look for a car, I like most buyers look for vehicles that stand out way above others offered for sale. I started looking for a car about a week ago and found a CPO A4 and a CPO A5 online at FJ that peeked my interest. Since I live about 50 miles from the dealer, I called FJ Saturday morning to check on availability. I was immediately put in touch with Pedro Ballestreros to arrange a test drive of both cars. When we arrived at the dealership, Pedro was both very personable and knowledgeable to the both cars we were looking at. He took us through each step of the process and allowed both me and my daughter to drive the car for more than just the proverbial trip around the block like many other dealers. From the level of the quality of the CPO vehicles FJ offers for sale -impeccable!! To the first class customer treatment, Pedro gets an A+++ in my book! I never expected that I would be going through the purchase process the same day - seeing that I only started my vehicle search a few days ago. But as said, FJ selection of CPO vehicles is a step or two above the four other dealerships I went to this week - (2 other Audi stores offering CPO vehicles, and 2 VW dealers offering Audis for sale). Had I known, I would have done my search starting at Fletcher Jones! I made my decision to buy on the same day because of 1, customer service, 2, vehicle condition, and 3, solid fair pricing. FJ pricing on their cars is very competitive to market conditions and we were able to negotiate a solid purchase price I was completely satisfied with. The financing was without a hitch, with Roy doing an excellent job walking me through the entire process. Then delivery process and owner orientation - second to none. As I waited, I met and talked to a couple other folks making purchases on Saturday. You could just feel the energy and tell that everyone had the same feelings about their purchase the same as I did. When I make another Audi purchase, I definitely will be heading back to Fletcher Jones before heading anywhere elsewhere. BTW, we bought the A5. A 2013 Premium Plus with sport package. A great car and awesome customer service!! We'll be back!
