Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
Dealership Service Review
Stay away unless you like paying for unnecessary repairs. So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module. Took my Jeep in and asked the to replace the ESIM module. The said they will do a diagnostic check and let me know. When they called they said it was a completely different sensor, and a hose…. I said fine fix it. $525.00…. The next day the check engine light pops back on. So I call and they tell me to bring it back in. This time when they check they tell me it the ESIM module…. Now I am pissed as that is what they were supposed to fix the first time. Another $300.00. Feel like I totally got scammed to pay for things that did not need to be fixed. When I asked they, their response was well sorry that you feel that way. My recommend stay away from all Wickstrom dealers they are [non-permissible content removed] and make you pay for things you did not ask for..
