Everyone was helpful and fun. The team was energetic yet not pushy. Very positive experience for my son’s first new car purchase. We had gone to castle Kia in Mchenry and they lied about the price till we put a deposit down. My son almost didn’t buy a car and then we called Raymond and they were happy to take care of him.
