Raymond Kia
Dealership Sales Review
Review for Kia Raymond – 2025 Kia Carnival EX Hybrid Purchase I was incredibly excited to purchase my 2025 Kia Carnival EX Hybrid, and even more so to work with Kia Raymond. At first, the experience felt great. The team was helpful, and I felt they were guiding me in the right direction. It seemed like I was finally having the kind of positive dealership experience you hope for when making a big purchase. However, things took a disappointing turn during the trade-in and payment process. I traded in my vehicle with the understanding that I would receive a certain amount back. There was no mention—verbally or in writing—that the leftover value would be automatically applied toward my down payment. In my mind, that amount was coming back to me. When I asked about it, I was told they had “matched the numbers,” which felt like a classic sales tactic rather than honest communication. It’s not about the \$390—it’s about transparency. I expected a straightforward process, but instead, I encountered the usual runaround: one person pulling me aside while the manager made brief appearances, clearly part of a sales strategy designed to wear customers down. Unfortunately, this experience soured what could have been a great relationship. By handling things this way, the dealership has likely lost me as a future customer. I’m sharing this as a heads-up to others: if you go to Kia Raymond, treat it like any high-pressure sales environment. Pay close attention to every number, question every line item, and don’t let the friendly tone distract you from the details. This is just my honest opinion, but I hope it helps someone else avoid the same frustration.
