The first thing that stood out was the new building, big and spacious and it’s really nice compared to the old one. This is our 2nd time working with Scott, as usual he always makes us laugh and make sure our experience is always enjoyable and memorable journey. Scott is very approachable and he’s very accommodating and helpful on all our inquires or questions. This person, did not stop on contacting me to ask if we have issues with the new car, making sure we are happy and satisfied with the service. You did a great job Scott. Good thing, they provided another person which is Brandon to discussed us about the features of EV6, this is really helpful for people who are a first time EV buyer, although we already had NIRO EV before, but this time KIA Raymond made a huge improvement to add this service which is for me is a very good addition to this new location. Lastly, thank you for giving us a good deal on this new EV6, Ed was very helpful on this transaction to give us the best price that we can afford. Although, we really like the EV6 than our NIRO EV before, but there’s a big difference on the battery performance due to some car differences. NIRO is the best for battery performance based on our experience but EV6 looks great a really nice car and we really like it except the battery performance.
