Always fast, honest and thorough. I depend on my vehicle for my job, as I am a field service engineer. Anything Jim says my truck needs, I get, I trust his knowledge/advice that much. He's never let me down in 7+ years of coming to Knudtsen Chevrolet for all my vehicle Purchase/Service needs! Special thanks to "Jeff" for tracking my oil consumption, and verifying that the work needed performed on my 2013 Avalanche!
