onGrainger Honda service has a display screen by its customer waiting lounge displaying service progress status for each vehicle in the bay- this is awesome especially if you are waiting and you want to keep track of the progress on your car. Service advisor Mr. Cliff Mills, also texts me periodically on the progress of the car on service. Excellent job!
