onI was ready to leave for work & Honda would not start. I knew the battery was only a few months old. Called the dealership & was able to get in for service the same morning. Upon arrival Clifford Mills greeted me with a smile. He sent the car back to be checked. Less than 1 hr I was on my way. Battery was replaced. Many kudos to Clifford for his kind spirit. Not much kindness in the world anymore. It was refreshing.
