onService Dept too small. Called Service Dept numbers for an appt. Got voice mail. Left three messages for a call back, no call backs. I went on website and scheduled an appt. Showed up and they had no record of the appt. Took 3/ 1/5 hrs for the recall service of anti-theft software.
