Brought our Santa Fe in because of a stalling problem. Lots of challenges even getting through to the service department on the phone throughout the process…and the service team was just not that helpful in dealings with us. Despite being real clear that we had a safety issue due to the car suddenly stalling the service team there wasn’t that empathetic and made some rather unhelpful suggestions. And one of the repair options was priced 3x what my local mechanic charges for the same thing.
