Had a great experience with Bruce, a service advisor. Made on-line appointment for oil change months ago, but it didn’t show up in their calendar. Fortunately, Bruce assured me that they could work me in, even though they were booked solid. Sure enough, I was out of the dealership in about an hour. Would definitely recommend Rick Case for sales and service. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from them and I am always pleased.
