Rick Case Hyundai Roswell

Bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe a few days ago and then on the news earlier I saw a report about how the large auto insurers are no longer covering them due to the high number of safety issues. Called the salesperson who said she just left work. Told her we’d be there tomorrow but she said she was off then too. Told her we needed to get the car back in there before the 72 hour window was up. Asked for her manager and she said he was also off tomorrow. Asked her for another manager who I can see. She said she’d take care of this on Thursday which, of course, would run past the 72 hour window. She doesn’t seem to have the same urgency to assist as she did about selling this SUV to us.
