Lack of excellent customer service from manager

onTheir service intake managers need more training on listening to customers and delivering unmatched customer services. Today’s customers see their time as something to be cherished and guarded -- and I have to say the manager (woman) before close on 6/12/25 did not have the leadership skills to offer good customer service. Was extremely rude talking about a customer in front of them before they left with another employee loudly, turning her back towards the customers and using improper language. The other employee (gentle man) handled the situation so much better than the unskilled manager and made the situation better.
