I have to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received from Macon BMW. I just recently relocated to the area. I was previously receiving services from Taylor BMW in Evans, Ga. Macon BMW personnel was exceptional courteous and allowed transfer of services by providing a courtesy pickup of my vehicle from my home in exchange for a loaner so the I could have my vehicle serviced; which was very convenient as I have a commute to work daily not allowing time to complete the task myself. Not to mention I was happy with services provided to car. I am extremely grateful.
