Great service, wonderful competent, friendly employees

I arrived late for my appt, had forgotten appt from day b4. Service rep had "no worries, no problem" attitude. Was there for warrenty ck up. Even though I spent no money that day, I left there feeling like a queen, a valued customer, whose time was important to them Thank you@
